RAWALPINDI: A video showing a motorcyclist clinging to the bonnet of a luxury car while his motorcycle was dragged along Murree Road has gone viral on social media.
According to reports, the incident began after the car allegedly struck the motorcycle in a hit-and-run attempt. The motorcycle became lodged at the front of the vehicle as the driver allegedly continued driving.
The motorcyclist climbed onto the bonnet in an apparent attempt to protect himself as the car continued along the road. The viral footage shows the rider holding onto the vehicle while the motorcycle remained trapped in front of it.
Rawalpindi City Police Officer Hasan Mushtaq Sukhera took notice of the incident and ordered an investigation.
The CPO directed police to identify and arrest those allegedly involved and take legal action in accordance with the law.
