A grand ceremony commemorating the Marka-e-Haq victory was held at General Headquarters (GHQ) here on Sunday, with senior armed forces officials in attendance.
Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir attended the ceremony as the chief guest, while Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu and Naveed Ashraf also participated in the event alongside senior military officials.
The grand ceremony at GHQ comes amid continued emphasis by Pakistan’s military leadership on national defence, inter-services coordination and tribute to personnel who lost their lives while serving the country. The participation of the army, navy and air force chiefs underline the message of institutional unity and collective preparedness.
