The Premier League is just 8 days away from kicking off, and the top clubs will be racing to get most of their signings in before then to be as prepared as possible.
It has also been a summer of massive change, with a record nine clubs starting the season with a new manager, 5 of whom will be making their managerial debuts in the Premier League. Liverpool sacked Arne Slot after an incredibly disappointing run of results and style of play just 1 season after winning the league and replaced him with former Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola. Man City bid farewell to the legendary Pep Guardiola as he decided to leave at the end of the season. Former Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca is his replacement.
It will certainly be a season of transition for many clubs, but they will try regardless to take the Premier League title from last season’s champions, Arsenal.
It’s been a summer of breaking transfer records for a few clubs. Man City broke their transfer record by signing Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest for £116 million. Chelsea pounced on Arsenal’s deal to sign Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa by bidding £117 million, breaking their transfer record.
Ones To Watch
There are a couple of players I think can do really, really well in this upcoming Premier League Season. The first player is Sandro Tonali. He is already a really good player in the Premier League for Newcastle, but after his big-money move to Tottenham, I believe he can kick on and play even better in a high-tempo, attacking side that the new manager, De Zerbi, wants to see.
Another player who I think will do really well, he, funnily enough, just left Tottenham, Luka Vuskovic. They signed him last summer and immediately sent him out on loan to gain experience. He impressed throughout the season. This summer, before Vuskovic played competitive minutes for Tottenham, Brighton signed him for £50 million, and under Fabian Hürzeler, I believe Luka can thrive.

It will then be Manchester United facing Hull City away on August 22, 4:30 PM
Tottenham Hotspur will play Brentford away on the same day at 9:30 PM
Man City will play Bournemouth at home on August 23, 6:00 PM
Liverpool will play Newcastle away at 8:30 on the same day
Chelsea will play 3 hours and 30 minutes later, at 12:00 AM, against Fulham
