A disturbing incident has been reported in Karachi’s New Nazimabad area after a video allegedly showing an elderly man making obscene gestures in the presence of a minor girl surfaced on social media and went viral.
According to the video circulating online, the man, dressed in traditional white attire, can allegedly be seen near a residential building’s parking area while a young girl is playing nearby. The video appears to show the man engaging in inappropriate and obscene behaviour in the child’s presence.
The incident was reportedly recorded by a female resident of a nearby flat or house, who captured the footage on her mobile phone. The video was subsequently shared on social media, where it drew widespread public attention and condemnation.
Following the circulation of the video, social media users expressed anger and called for strict action against those involved in such incidents. Citizens also urged authorities to strengthen measures aimed at protecting children from harassment and abuse.
