United States President Donald Trump said that despite the clashes in Gaza over the weekend, the ceasefire remains in place. “Yeah it is,” he told reporters while aboard Air Force One on Sunday who asked him if the ceasefire would still be there. Trump also told reporters that the Hamas leadership was not involved in any alleged breaches and instead blamed “some rebels within.”
He added, “but either way, it’s going to be handled properly. It’s going to be handled toughly, but properly,”
