South Air Set to Launch Commercial Flights in Pakistan

Pakistan’s domestic aviation market is set to expand with the arrival of a new private airline, as South Air prepares to begin scheduled commercial passenger operations on July 16.

The airline has received approval from the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) to launch commercial services and has started accepting bookings for its inaugural domestic flights.

The regulatory clearance paves the way for South Air to officially enter Pakistan’s aviation sector, with ticket sales now available through the airline’s booking channels.

According to the airline’s launch announcement, Karachi will serve as a key hub in its initial route network as domestic operations commence on July 16.

The launch marks the entry of another private carrier into Pakistan’s aviation industry, offering passengers additional travel options on domestic routes.
