Sindh Chief Minister Murad Shah Approves Water Treatment Plan In Hyderabad

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on Sunday chaired a meeting regarding the construction of a 6MGD water treatment plant in Hyderabad.

During the meeting, Irrigation Minister Jam Khan Shoro briefed participants on the project, stating that it would help address the city’s water shortage. The chief minister directed the immediate implementation of the project and approved 22 acres of land for its construction. He also emphasized improving the overall water supply system to ensure access for all citizens.

He instructed authorities to complete all legal and administrative formalities on a priority basis and urged the planning and development department to expedite work. Murad Ali Shah said the project would enhance Hyderabad’s water filtration capacity and contribute to better public health, improved living standards, and sustainable urban development
