PTCL announces maintenance of a submarine cable with possible 18 hour duration

PTCL has informed the public that it has scheduled maintenance of a submarine cable to repair a faulty repeater which could last up to 18 hours. They have warned people of net degradation and/or partial disruption. It started at 11 AM PST
