His three goals with an assist helped Inter Miami win 5-2 against Nashville SC. He had 29 goals in only 28 league matches to end as MLS’ top scorer for the first time. Messi’s goal involvements helped Inter Miami finish third place in the Eastern Conference, giving them home advantage for the playoffs.
