British MP Urges Israel to Release Marwan Barghouti

Member of the British Parliament Ellie Chowns calls for the release of Palestinian leader Marwan Barghouti. She said in a twitter post, “Marwan Barghouti is a powerful unifying voice for Palestinians who could potentially play a crucial role in securing meaningful and lasting peace in the region. Imprisoned in Israel since 2022 without a fair trial, his immediate release must be secured.”
