Gas supply will be temporarily suspended in several parts of Peshawar due to scheduled maintenance work on a pipeline, Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has announced.
According to a notice issued by the company, the shutdown will affect Bara Road, Ring Road and surrounding areas.
Gas supply will remain suspended from 8:30pm on August 24 until 5:30am on August 25 while work on the pipeline is carried out.
Residents of the affected localities have been advised to make necessary arrangements in advance and exercise caution in the use of gas during the interruption.
SNGPL said supplies would be restored once the pipeline work is completed.
