Jammu and Kashmir Awami Dast-o-Bazoo candidate Sajid Iqbal has won the LA-14 Bagh-I constituency as unofficial and unconfirmed results emerged following the conclusion of the third phase of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly elections.
According to unofficial results from all 214 polling stations, Sajid Iqbal secured 40,474 votes, establishing a commanding lead over his nearest rival.
All Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference candidate Sardar Attique Khan finished second with 19,234 votes.
The preliminary figures give Sajid Iqbal a victory margin of 21,240 votes.
Polling in the third phase has now concluded, with results emerging from the constituencies where voting proceeded under the revised election schedule.
The results remain unofficial and unconfirmed until formally notified by the AJK Election Commission.
