The preliminary results show Zia-ul-Qamar with 17,025 votes, while Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) candidate Mushtaq Minhas is in second place with 15,063 votes.

The PPP candidate currently holds a lead of 1,962 votes, although the results remain unofficial and subject to confirmation by the AJK Election Commission.
