Practice starts today ahead of Sunday’s F1 Championship finale

We’ve reached the finale of the 2025 season in Abu Dhabi and there are three drivers in with a shout of lifting the title – two maiden winners or a potential five-time champion – on Sunday. Britain’s Lando Norris has the points in his pocket to seal his first crown but second-placed Max Verstappen and his McLaren team-mate Oscar Piastri in third are not too far behind in the standings. First practice gets under way at 09:30 GMT. Second practice goes green at 13:00 GMT.
