ISLAMABAD: The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has issued guidelines urging citizens to provide complete evidence and relevant details when filing cybercrime complaints.
In a post on X, the agency advised complainants to submit screenshots when reporting offences committed through social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook and X.
Citizens were also asked to provide relevant contact numbers, transaction details and other supporting information related to the complaint.
The NCCIA said providing complete evidence and necessary details would help investigators take prompt and effective action.
