Kenyan Activists Abducted in Uganda During Bobi Wine Campaign

Jarida Report

Two Kenyan human rights activists, Bob Njagi and Nicholas Oyoo, were reportedly abducted by armed men while assisting Ugandan opposition leader Bobi Wine’s campaign. Witnesses say the pair were forced into a vehicle “mafia-style” and driven to an unknown location.

Ugandan police deny holding them, while rights groups and Kenya’s Law Society have condemned the disappearances as part of a worrying regional pattern of abductions targeting dissent.
