Is Iran coming to the peace table?

Rev. Javed Yousaf

Yes, the United States and Iran have negotiated a multipoint peace framework to extend an ongoing ceasefire, though a final agreement has not been officially signed. Negotiators reached a consensus in principle that includes a 60 days cessation of hostilities, a framework for restarting nuclear negotiations, and a framework for restarting nuclear negotiations, and a gradual lifting of the United States naval blockade and economic sanctions in exchange for Iran not reopening the Strait of Hormuz. However, the agreement is still contingent upon President Donald Trump’s final signature and approval.

The status of the peace deal remains highly fluid, as the White House has reportedly requested specific edits to the terms regarding the Strait of Hormuz and several other points in the draft.

Some critics, mainly from Iran conservative groups, worry that some details which their national interests and rights are fully secured, leaving the timeline and outcome of the deal unclear.

President Trump’s foreign policy has once again dominated the geopolitical headlines this year, bringing an end to fighting that began earlier this year.

The changes are related to the Strait of Hormuz and the removal of highly enriched uranium, different news agencies have reported, the White House did not issue a request for comment in this regard.

Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Iran’s foreign minister, said on Sunday that Tehran would not agree to the deal unless Iranian rights were fully secured.

Analysts believe the sides had been discussing a “final determination” about a framework for extending the ceasefire with Iran, but it appears that they had reached consensus on several other critical issues, including a gradual reopening of airports, a suspension of sanctions on ships and oil and gas exports, and a limited lifting of the naval blockade on the Strait of Hormuz and a framework to reopen negotiations on Iran’s nuclear program.

The deal provides for a phased lifting of sanctions.

Iranian officials said the country would receive billions of dollars in frozen assets.

A secondary aim in any negotiations between the White House and Tehran on the framework of a deal aimed at reducing tensions between two countries.

The United States officials said the two countries had agreed on a framework known as a memorandum of understanding, is only pending the approval of Trump and Iran leadership.

President Trump told his daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, on her Fox News show, “The one guarantee that I have to have that there will be no nuclear weapon. They have agreed to that and it was very interesting” but more important to enriched uranium is technical staff who enriched the raw uranium.

The real loser in this whole escalation seems “Reza Pahlavi” who played an initiative role starting insurgent work against Iranian regime, because he will and will not get any privileged out of this war.

But I think Pakistan Field Marshal Asim Munir will be given a responsibility over Iran as the White House has already named him Shah, King, I love to see that glorious day.

Iranian remember your real power is your healthy and educated citizens, and respect and love of your neighbor, it will give you long peace. Arabian people always remember American and American President Donald Trump, who fought and give their precious lives, to safe your countries, your children and your holy places.
