Gold prices continued to ease in both international and local markets on Friday, while silver posted modest gains.
In the international bullion market, gold fell by $14 per ounce to $4,100.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold in Pakistan declined by Rs1,400 per tola to Rs432,436, while the price of 10 grams fell by Rs1,200 to Rs370,744.
Silver, however, moved higher. The price per tola rose by Rs11 to Rs6,432, while the price of 10 grams increased by Rs10 to Rs5,514.
