Aleppo: An explosion of unknown origin was reported in the northern Syrian city of Aleppo on Sunday, according to Syrian media.
Alikhbariah TV reported that the blast occurred near Al-Rahman Mosque in the city’s Al-Suryan neighbourhood.
The cause of the explosion was not immediately known, and authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
There were no immediate reports of casualties or material damage.
