Airspace Ban On Indian Flights Extended By Pakistan

Jarida Report

Pakistan has extended its airspace closure for all Indian civilian and military aircraft until May 24, 2026, officials confirmed on Tuesday.

According to the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), a fresh Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) has been issued, prolonging the restriction for another month. The ban, initially imposed on April 23, 2025, continues to apply to all Indian passenger and military flights.

Officials said the extension follows a routine review of the regional security situation amid ongoing tensions between the two countries.
