Government sources have rejected reports claiming that PTI founder Imran Khan was transferred from Adiala Jail to a hospital for medical treatment, describing the reports as incorrect.
According to official sources, no such transfer has taken place and the claims circulating on social media and elsewhere are baseless.
Sources said the former prime minister remains in custody and that any movement or medical arrangements would be communicated through official channels.
Earlier reports had suggested that Imran Khan was moved from Adiala Jail to Islamabad under tight security for a medical examination, with teams from Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences and Shifa International Hospital expected to conduct a health assessment.
