Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Asim Munir held a meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in Tehran to discuss the overall regional situation, peace and stability, and ongoing diplomatic efforts.
According to Iranian media reports, both leaders exchanged views on regional developments and peace and security issues.
The meeting comes a day after Field Marshal Asim Munir arrived in Tehran on an official visit as part of diplomatic and mediation efforts linked to ongoing US-Iran engagement.
