Property Rights Of Overseas Pakistanis To Be Fully Protected: Mohsin Naqvi

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Tuesday assured that the property rights of overseas Pakistanis will be fully protected, and no one will be allowed to unlawfully occupy their land. In a statement, Naqvi announced that the deputy commissioner (DC) of Islamabad would be required to decide on any property dispute involving overseas Pakistanis within seven days.

Naqvi emphasized the importance of safeguarding the investments of overseas Pakistanis, stating that their capital in Islamabad is both welcomed and valued. He reassured that the government would provide a secure and investor-friendly environment for overseas Pakistanis to continue their investments without fear of property encroachment.
