A Punjab University student was killed following a clash during a football game on campus, police said.
The deceased, identified as Rehan Gul, was the son of Punjab University official Muhammad Yaqoob.
According to police, Rehan Gul sustained a severe head injury during the altercation and later died from his injuries.
Police have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
