Most Parts of The Country Expected to Have Hot, Dry Weather: PMD

The Pakistam Meteorological Department (PMD) has indicated that most parts of the country are expected to remain hot and dry, while rainfall has been forecast for a few areas of southern Punjab.

In Islamabad and adjoining areas, the weather is expected to remain hot and partly cloudy over the next 24 hours. In Punjab, most districts are likely to experience hot conditions, while Murree and Galiyat are expected to remain partly cloudy. Isolated rain is expected in Sahiwal, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Layyah, and Bhakkar.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, most districts are forecast to remain hot, with partly cloudy conditions in the upper regions. In Sindh, hot weather is expected across most districts, while the south-eastern areas are likely to remain partly cloudy.

In Balochistan, most districts are expected to remain hot, with severe heat reported in the southern districts. North-eastern areas are likely to remain partly cloudy, while isolated rainfall is expected in Nasirabad, Loralai, Kohlu, Barkhan, Musakhel, and Khuzdar.
