The foreign ministers of Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Turkiye, Egypt, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and Qatar have strongly condemned incursions by settlers into Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The ministers denounced repeated violations of the historical and holy sites in Jerusalem. They specifically condemned the continued incursions by Israeli settlers and extremist ministers, under police protection, into Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The ministers reaffirmed that such provocative actions constitute a clear violation of international law and represent an unacceptable provocation to Muslims worldwide, as well as a serious violation of the sanctity of the holy city. They reiterated that the entire area of Al-Aqsa Mosque/Al-Haram Al-Sharif is solely a place of worship for Muslims.
