Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi is scheduled to visit Tehran on Saturday (today) for high-level engagements with the Iranian leadership, amid reported progress in discussions concerning Iran’s frozen assets and ongoing diplomatic efforts involving the United States.
According to sources, Naqvi is expected to hold talks in Tehran on possible pathways toward a memorandum of understanding related to the issue of Iranian frozen funds.
The visit comes at a time when diplomatic activity surrounding the assets has intensified, with indications that some progress has been achieved.
