Ambassador of the European Union, Raimundas Karoblis, called on Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif here at the Prime Minister’s House on Thursday and assured his efforts to strengthen Pakistan-European Union relations in all spheres. The Prime Minister was assisted by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Advisor to the Prime Minister Dr. Syed Tauqir Shah, SAPM Tariq Fatemi and Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch, a Prime Minister’s Office news release said.
Welcoming the EU Ambassador, who recently assumed his responsibilities in Pakistan, the Prime Minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthen cooperation with the EU in all areas of mutual interest, particularly trade, investment, development, security, migration and climate change.
