Police in Karachi have arrested a man accused of trying to shoot a woman after she refused his marriage proposal. The incident took place in the city’s Ittehad Town area. Thankfully, the woman survived the attack without injuries.
During the arrest, police recovered an illegal weapon from the suspect. He now faces charges of attempted murder and illegal possession of arms.
Shockingly, the man had previously been booked in 2021 for throwing acid on his ex-wife and was also involved in another shooting case. Authorities say investigations are ongoing.
