Karachi Teen Dies After Argument Over a Girl’s Profile Picture Ends in Tragedy

A teenage boy, Abdul Rehman, was killed on Sunday near Guru Mandir in Karachi following a scuffle with six friends and a cousin over a seemingly trivial matter. The argument stemmed from discovering the girlfriend’s profile picture on one boy’s phone. During the altercation, Abdul Rehman tried to intervene and was allegedly pushed by one of the boys; he fell backward, hit his head on a parked motorcycle, and died instantly. Six suspects — Talha Mohammed, Hasan (alias Arif), Abdullah, Faraz Sattar, Manan Ali, and Moiz Mohammed — have been arrested and the victim’s body was taken to Dr. Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital for post‑mortem procedures  .
