Updates on the deadly Earthquake in Afghanistan kills more than 800

The Guardian reported that the latest earthquake in Afghanistan of 6.0 magnitude has resulted into an estimated death of 800 with 2500 injured. Afghanistan is already suffering with multifaceted crises, ever since the establishment of the Taliban Government. Taliban, after returning to the rule of law, legitimized radical practices.

The authorities after being in charge are mostly seen related to the women including ban on paid work, secondary education and even walk publicly in the streets. Afghanistan, having not-so-well relations with the neighboring countries face a troubled diplomacy and disturbed cross-borders relation.

United Nations’ high commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, announced that because of a troubled governance in Afghanistan, it is nearly impossible to get exact information on the number of casualties by the natural disaster. However, as reported by the Internal Affairs of Afghanistan, confirmed the death of 800 civilians.
