Three people were killed, and two others sustained injuries on Sunday after unidentified armed assailants opened fire in the Nall area of Khuzdar district, Balochistan, officials confirmed. According to police sources, the victims had gone to Harnbo Dam for a picnic when the attackers resorted to indiscriminate firing. Among the deceased was a Hindu trader, Miloo Mal, while the other two victims were identified as Abdul Rashid and Abdul Saboor.
The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment, while police took custody of the bodies of the deceased. Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident and are working to identify and apprehend those responsible. The attack once again underscores ongoing security concerns in the region, prompting renewed calls for heightened vigilance and stronger protection for citizens, including members of minority communities.
