Special Team Formed to Investigate Mustafa Amir Murder Case and Criminal Networks

In response to the kidnapping and murder of 23-year-old Mustafa Amir in Karachi’s Defence Housing Authority on January 6, Karachi police chief Javed Alam Odho has established a special investigation team. This team, led by Crime Investigation Agency Deputy Inspector General Muqaddas Haider, is tasked with probing the criminal activities and networks associated with the suspects, including identifying and apprehending all individuals involved in the crime and those linked to narcotics distribution. The team is expected to submit a progress report by March 3.
