Riots Erupt in Nagpur Over Aurangzeb’s Tomb, Film ‘Chhaava’ Blamed

Violence erupted in Nagpur, Maharashtra, following protests by right-wing groups demanding the demolition of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb’s tomb. The unrest escalated after rumors of a religious text being desecrated, leading to clashes that injured at least 34 police officers and five civilians, and resulted in property damage.
