Police Confirm Exhumed Body in Karachi Graveyard as Kidnapped Mustafa Amir

In Karachi, police have confirmed that the body exhumed from Moach Goth graveyard is that of 23-year-old Mustafa Amir. Amir was kidnapped and allegedly murdered by his friends, Armaghan and Sheraz, on January 6. The suspects reportedly placed his body in the trunk of his car and set it ablaze in Balochistan’s Hub area. DNA analysis conducted by the University of Karachi matched samples from the remains with those of Amir’s mother and evidence from Armaghan’s residence. The motive appears to be Armaghan’s suspicion that Amir was interfering in his business. Both suspects are currently in police custody, with their remand recently extended by five days.
