PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi Appointed as New ACC President

This appointment follows the ACC’s rotation policy, transitioning leadership to the PCB as decided in a previous ACC meeting in Malaysia. Naqvi expressed his commitment to accelerating the growth and global influence of Asian cricket, emphasizing collaboration with all member boards. He succeeds Shammi Silva, who served as ACC president following Jay Shah’s elevation to ICC president on December 1, 2024. Silva expressed confidence in Naqvi’s leadership, anticipating continued progress for the ACC.
