In a significant development in the Toshakhana-II case, the Islamabad High Court’s registrar’s office has raised objections to former PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s request for suspension of his sentence and release on bail. The registrar pointed out that objections related to the main appeal in the Toshakhana-II case were not addressed promptly. According to the rules, such objections were required to be resolved within seven days of filing the appeal.
