Pakistan is experiencing iPhone 17 fever as people anticipate one of the most expensive Apple launches to date. Gulf News says the iPhone 17 Pro Max will be priced between PKR 550,000 to 600,000, and the regular iPhone 17 will range between PKR 360,000 to PKR 400,000.
The ultimate costs will depend on PTA certification, storage facilities, and mark-ups by retailers. As the local smart phone market is already overstretched by high duties and taxes imposed on imported phones, the introduction can be seen as a signal that high end tech products are still unreachable to many consumers despite the fact that the popularity of Apple products is on the rise.
