In a heartbreaking incident, four children aged between 9 and 12 lost their lives after drowning in a pond in the Dault Khel area of Lakki Marwat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The children had gone to bathe when the tragedy occurred. Two of the victims were siblings.
Locals rushed to the scene and recovered the bodies before rescue teams arrived. The incident has sent shockwaves through the community.
