Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar, is scheduled to visit Beijing from May 19 to 22 for high-level talks with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi. The discussions will focus on the evolving regional situation in South Asia and its implications for peace and stability. This visit follows heightened tensions between Pakistan and India, including a recent military standoff over the Pahalgam attack in Occupied Kashmir. The two sides will also review the entire spectrum of Pakistan-China bilateral relations and exchange views on regional and global developments of mutual interest .
