Belarusian Tourist Arrested after Infant Brutally Thrown at Moscow Airport

A 31‑year‑old Belarusian man, identified as Vladimir Vitkov, is in custody after violently throwing an 18‑month‑old toddler to the ground in a Moscow airport arrivals hall on June 24. The infant suffered severe injuries—including skull fractures, spinal damage—and remains in a coma. The suspect, allegedly under the influence of cannabis with drugs found in his possession, is being investigated for attempted murder and possible racial motives. Eyewitnesses intervened to stop the attack, prompting outrage and urgent calls for justice.
