Hamna Hamid Shah

Hamna Hamid Shah is a History undergraduate at LUMS, pursuing a BA (Hons) with a focus on Islamic and global intellectual history and a minor in Religion. Her work as a published author and academic is grounded in sustained engagement with philosophy, intellectual history and theology, with particular attention to Islamic mystical thought and the legacy of Ibn Arabi. She's deeply interested in the way ideas are reinterpreted and contested over time. This is apparent in her writings where she stays committed to tracing these genealogies by situating contemporary questions within deeper philosophical and religious traditions.
