Ghazifa Bashir is a writer and FSc Pre-Medical student at Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Monograph Magazine, St. Stephen's College's PostScript, The Disappointed Housewife, Florescence Magazine, Swim Press, and Bowen Street Press's Confessions of the Obsessed anthology. She won first place in the 2025 Fanoos Essay Competition at UET and was a winner of the GGAC Essay Competition in Nigeria. She is the author of the forthcoming book Being Unshakeable and also of The Equality Manifesto. She writes because some stories refuse to stay buried, and because she believes that voices which have been silenced for too long deserve to be heard.
