An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Rawalpindi on Monday issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Aleema Khan for the 14th time in connection with the November 26 protest case registered at Sadiqabad police station.
The hearing was conducted by ATC Judge Amjad Ali Shah, who also ordered non-bailable arrest warrants for both guarantors of Aleema Khan. The court directed authorities to arrest and produce her along with the guarantors before the court on Tuesday, February 24. The prosecution argued that Aleema Khan was deliberately obstructing the trial proceedings and requested that the court revoke her right to cross-examine.
