18 Soldiers Martyred, 23 Terrorists Killed in Balochistan Operations: ISPR

In a series of operations over the past 24 hours in Balochistan, 18 Pakistani soldiers were martyred, and 23 terrorists were killed, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). The initial confrontation occurred when terrorists attempted to establish roadblocks in the Mangocher area of Kalat district. Security forces responded promptly, resulting in the elimination of 12 terrorists. Subsequently, in Harnai district, an additional 11 terrorists were neutralized, and multiple hideouts were dismantled. The banned Balochistan Liberation Army has claimed responsibility for the initial attack. President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif condemned the attacks, expressing deep sorrow over the loss of security personnel and reaffirming the nation’s commitment to combating terrorism.
