ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has successfully tested an indigenously developed extended-range version of the Fatah-4 ground-launched cruise missile, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Tuesday.
According to ISPR, the missile is equipped with advanced avionics and navigation systems and is capable of engaging long-range targets with high precision.
The test also validated technical parameters of systems designed to improve accuracy and survivability.
Senior Pakistan Army officers, scientists and engineers involved in the missile’s development witnessed the test.
The president, prime minister, chief of army staff and chief of defence forces, and services chiefs congratulated those involved in the successful test.
