SHEIKHUPURA: A woman allegedly shot her two children before taking her own life in the Ghang Road area, police said.
The woman, identified as 48-year-old Shazia Imran, allegedly opened fire on her children. Her eight-year-old son, Ahsan Imran, died in the shooting, while her seven-year-old daughter, Tayyaba, was critically injured and taken to hospital.
Local residents told police that the incident may have followed financial difficulties in the family. They said the children had asked their mother for money to buy snacks and that their father worked as a driver.
