The next round of negotiations between the United States and Iran is expected to be held in Pakistan on July 11, according to a report by Al Arabiya.
The report said the talks are expected to focus on US sanctions imposed on Iran, the release of Iranian assets frozen abroad, and issues related to Tehran’s nuclear programme.
According to Al Arabiya, a final decision on the composition of the Iranian delegation will be made after the funeral of Iran’s late Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. An official announcement on the delegation is expected once the funeral proceedings conclude.
