Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Tuesday met the European Union’s foreign policy chief and the European commissioners for enlargement and home affairs in Ankara, according to Turkish diplomatic sources.
Fidan held separate meetings with Kaja Kallas, Marta Kos and Magnus Brunner. No further details of the discussions were immediately released.
The two-day visit by the senior EU officials, which began on Monday, comes ahead of the NATO summit in Ankara scheduled for July 7-8.
