Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has expressed strong displeasure over the recent surge in chicken prices across Punjab and has instructed relevant departments to take prompt action to stabilize the rates. Presiding over a meeting addressing the price hike, she emphasized the need for vigilant monitoring of essential vegetable prices—including tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and lemons—especially in the lead-up to Eidul Azha.
